A gyártói képviselet rendszerünkkel oldja meg a viszonteladók termékoktatását-vizsgáztatását, illetve az ehhez kapcsolódó promóciók lekezelését (egyéni és céges promóciók).
A viszonteladókat a dolgozóik által elért tudásszintjük alapján minősítik és egy interaktív térképen publikálják a végfelhasználók felé.

PRM-system (Partner Relationship Management System)

The system is used for training and testing resellers, furthermore is used for managing the related promotions. (Individual and company related promotions). Resellers are evaluated based on the knowledge of their staff, and the result is made public for end-users on an interactive map.

The system is used already in Hungary, it is under implementation in Romania and Turkey.

The system is going to be used by 300-500 resellers by country.

Teaching-examining, PR M-system (Partner Relationship Management System)

The system is used for training and testing the notebook resellers’ knowledge, furthermore for managing the related promotions (Individual and company related promotions).
The evaluation of resellers is based on the results achieved on trainings and during promotions.
 

The size of the project: the expectation is 300-400 active resellers

Training and examining the Customer Service staff

The system is used for the daily training of staff in order to maintain their knowledge level.

Colleagues are asked 10-15 random questions related to new products and actual changes each day. This way the company ensures the required knowledge level.

Questions are chosen by the system randomly from several thousand questions.

The size of the project: examining of 200 colleagues on weekly and 30-35 on daily basis.

e-Hungary points, e-Advisor training

Electronic teaching, examining. IT training of the mentors working on the e-points of Hungary.

The training material has been prepared under the coordination of the Gyula Illyés College of the University of Pécs.

The size of the project: 1750 persons Teaching, examining, statistics, documents, communication.

CRANET international HR survey.

The University uses the TP system in order to send, to complete and to evaluate the completed questionnaires.

Important parts of the project:

• CRANET Hungarian HR survey, 15 000 samples
• CRANET Slovakia HR survey, 7 000 samples
• Survey of the economic crisis in cooperation with the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) 16 000 samples
• The common survey of the National HR Association (Országos Humánpolitikai Egyesület), National Association of Managers (Menedzserek Országos Szövetsége), Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Personal Hungary, EuroContact Business School 18 000 persons

Mechatronika, Optika és Gépészeti Informatika tanszék

Tudományos kutatást folytattak 100 fő bevonásával, a számítógépes megjelenítők segítségével végezhető (orvosi) vizsgálatok terén. A kutatás során a rendszer, vizsgázó modulját használták.

Felnőtt és gyermek látásvizsgálat interneten keresztül.
