The Teaching, Knowledge and Ability testing, PRM system is a general framework system that complements and makes conventional teaching more efficient, furthermore gives further opportunities for self study training and distance learning.
When developing the system our primary aim was to build up a system that gives efficient help for companies in training their staff working on different departments(doing different jobs), having different knowledge level, furthermore in training and examining partners.
Exclusive functions of the E-learning ensure the completion of expressive and colorful curriculums, teaching materials tailored to every person’s needs and independent studying. Practice tests, questions before exams help colleagues in the quick and efficient learning. Promotion modules help motivating colleagues and partners.
The framework system is optimized on Internet technology. Curriculums, exams, tests are placed on a central server. These can be accessed by users (administrators, trainers and colleagues) through a standard browser program.
The system can be reached everywhere through Internet. It can be used any time, so curriculums and tests can be prepared from distance; materials can be read, tests can be completed. The system can be operated even from the local (intranet) network of the company. Thanks to the central data storage it is easy to control curriculums and tests. The progress of colleagues can be followed on-line; the learning and activity of students can be followed-up with previously prepared or individual tailored statistics. The subsystem of statistics helps the manager and the trainer to have a clear picture about the most difficult part of the training material. Electronic document approved by the national administration with electronic signature the can be issued about the exam result.
Basic information technology knowledge is enough to use the system. When collating the training material, tests and exams the trainer can concentrate on the professional knowledge. |

Controlled Teaching
In the KnowledgeChallenge (KC) System the trainer has the possibility to follow up the learning stage (where dose he/she is, what pages has he/she already visited) of each and every student. The Trainer has also opportunity to get information about which pages of the training material were checked by the student and when. This makes possible the controlled learning outside the company.
Collating Training Material Using Multimedia Elements
The system is able to handle multimedia contents as part of the training material of test. When saving and exporting, these contents will be transferred, will be cleared from viruses, and can be forwarded even using safety codes.
There is also possibility to build in the already existing training material. The system is able to handle the picture format, HTML, and Flash, but supports the embedding of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF, AVI, MP3, WMV, MPG formats as well handling them as uniform training materials.
Training is also supported by KnowledgeChallenge system with other exclusive opportunities:
- Using presentations, videos You can build up trainings or training series quickly
- When learning the student has the possibility to highlight important parts of the text. 4 types of highlighting can be used. Highlighted parts are visible only for the person who did the highlighting.
- The student/colleague can make notes in the training material. These notes are presented as little icons which appear automatically when pointing on them. Searching for these, the most important information can be found easily.
- The test preparer can place knowledge bases in the training material. The system supports both the manual and automatic knowledge base searches. These are hierarchical systems and are linked to a page, chapter or training material.
- During the training process there is also possibility to create such training material and method of teaching that takes into consideration the student’s/colleague’s ability, so that the training material and side information can be adjusted to his/her needs.

Testing the Gained Knowledge (Exam System)
When speaking of examining abilities of the KnowledgeChallenge system are more complex than any other system’s, where the emphasis is on learning and testing is less important.
Types of Questions:
- One or More correct answer (vertical and horizontal placing)
- Show the correct answer (exercise with picture)
- Explanation in one or two lines with key words, logical elements, able to handle inflections
- Lists, organizing in two lines
- Likert scale
- Random list
- Exercise with counting, generated randomly- with given parameters- with numbers, with counting at different levels, with built in variables
- Organizing in line with Drag&Drop
- Organizing in pairs with Drag&Drop even in more coloumns
Exclusive services of the system:
- The KC contains several security elements, and thanks to this it is competent for conducting exams. The KC gives information about the exam circumstances which makes possible to do the exam from home or from smaller rooms.
- More serious – and precious exams – can be done only under supervision. An electronic certificate approved by the state administration with the exam result will be issued by the system.
- The type of questions can be freely configured (there may be several types in a questions).
- The rating of exams/questions is more sophisticated than in case of other systems. (Ex. questions can be linked, results can conclude from one another, may be time controlled/speed dependent etc.)
- Sophisticated evaluation system. A test can be evaluated from different aspects.
- Answers given on certain questions can have influence on other questions’ ratings, or on the question forming itself.
- The filler can have immediate feedback, explanation about the given question/answer.
- Ramifications in the exam system and other navigable elements ensure bigger ground for the preparation of exams, tests and questionnaires.
- Questions and evaluations may contain formulas, so an exercise will never be formed for the second time in the same way.
- Planned exams help in maintaining and testing the knowledge level of each employee within a bigger organization. Development can be followed up with statistics.
- The subsystem of statistics is convenient for processing and evaluating all the exams and training materials, and is also convenient for sending the result in an email as text or chart.

It is the module that makes the system exclusive! !
Helps in the motivation of colleagues, different departments, partners and end users with trainings, and presentation materials. .
Makes easier the administration and training of promotions promoted by the company. Gives the opportunity of managing competitions between colleagues, partners and makes possible the performance based evaluation.
Shorter or longer term motivation programmes can be organized for partners and colleagues.
In case your company has a reseller network you can motivate your partners and help them in buying the promoted items using the interactive map.
